I did not use the 2 True Synergy Yacon Syrup as a dietary supplement and it is suggested to take 1 teaspoon three times per day. I used this as a sweetener that I added to my coffee and my tea, and I really liked it. As a diabetic, I am concerned about the artificial sweeteners that I use, but for my blood sugar, I just cannot use sugar, so if I want to sweeten my drink, I have felt that I have no other option but to use the little pink package of sweetener. Trying this Yacon Syrup, I was happy and surprised that it tasted great and it had very little or no affect on my blood sugar numbers. I love that this is a healthy, natural sweetener. Because I didn't take it as directed, I did not see any real effect on my weight that I can really attribute to the syrup, but I can definitely say that I would recommend giving the Yacon Syrup a try, and I will continue to use it. I am thinking that I may try it in baking next...

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
