Sweet & Salty Baked Corn on the Cob

Sweet & Salty Baked Corn on the Cob

I love corn on the cob. There is nothing better than fresh corn picked fresh from the garden, field, or purchased at the farmer's market, if there is no field available. :D

I don't know where my love of it comes from, but if I can serve corn on the cob, I will. I have a wide variety of recipes for cooking it. This one comes out somewhat sweet, with a little hint of saltiness. My husband loved this one and asked that it be made again soon, so ladies make sure you pick or pick up some corn on the cob and bake it soon -- your husband will thank you!

Serve this with Yum-Azing Chicken, a nice salad or other non-starchy vegetable,  if you watch the carbs, or throw caution to the wind, try it with Twice Baked Potato Skins, and that's what's for dinner!
