Happy Sunday! The weather is lovely outside, and it has been chore time at home, inside and out. Lately I have been fielding so many questions about saving money, how to do it, how to use coupons, which store is best, how to make money at home, and so many more questions, that I decided to try to share some of my tips and tricks. Now, not knowing where exactly to start, I though I would just jump right in. I love daily deal sites, like Groupon.com. I frequently check the deals in my city and other cities that I am likely to visit. We recently went to Myrtle Beach, SC for spring break, and because we were driving there, I started watching the deals there and along the way. It's a great way to save some money on the road or in your hometown on things you normally do, like eating out, or visiting places you want to try. I have saved on meals, tickets to zoos, movies, other local attractions, manicures, pedicures, facials, haircuts, oil changes, pest control, and so much more. Now, more than ever with summer right around the corner, is a great time to start watching the deals. I recently scored a Glow Golf Groupon that was more than 1/2 off the normal price and also 10 passes to the Discovery Center at $2.50 each, usually $6.oo each. Those are only a few examples and I have been using Groupon.com for about 4 years, and loving it! I highly recommend signing up with them to see what savings you can find in your area!
