The Publix mystery item coupon is valid for one day – the day your ad begins (either Wednesday or Thursday). Wednesday for me here in Middle Tennessee. The coupon can be found in your local newspaper on your penny item day - I found mine in the Tennessean.
Florida and other coastal areas don't participate in the penny item sale.
